The body comes with a "hypnotic acupoint", which can improve insomnia with a gentle press, which is great!

There is a word called "hibernation", which shows that winter sleep is a kind of enjoyment, sleeping in a warm bed, sleeping until dawn, and waking up the next day refreshed. However, for those who have insomnia, how painful the cold winter night is, changing hundreds of positions a minute, counting the sheep, the sheep are asleep, and there is still no sleepiness, and then thinking about all kinds of stressful things, the more I think about it, the more anxious I become, until I open my eyes until dawn.

According to the statistics of the World Health Organization (WHO), the prevalence of sleep disorders in China is as high as 42.7%, about 520 million people, of which up to 15% of patients have severe depression due to inability to sleep! Under the painful torture of long-term insomnia, 36 million patients choose to solve the problem of insomnia by suicide!

So, how to manage insomnia? Professor Chen of the University of Chinese Medicine said that through the method of traditional Chinese medicine massage acupoints and internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine, it can have a good effect.

1. Baihui acupoint:

Baihui acupoint belongs to the Du Mai, also known as "Sanyang Wuhui", which means that the human body's hundred veins meet here, can reach the yin and yang veins, and coherent the meridian points around the body, which plays a very important role in regulating the yin and yang balance of the body.

If you feel depressed and uneasy for a long time, have a bad mood, and often have insomnia, forgetfulness, chest tightness, and dizziness, as long as you press this acupuncture point, it will have a good conditioning and health care effect.

The specific operation method is to first find the correct position of the Baihui acupoint - the midline of the head, that is, the center of the top of the head. Before massaging the acupuncture points, relax your whole body and lie on your back on the bed with your eyes closed. After that, use the outside of the right thumb or the palm of the right hand to rub the Baihui acupoint in a clockwise direction for 3-5 minutes, once a night before going to bed. At the same time, you can eliminate distracting thoughts and count the number of massages in your heart, which will make you fall asleep faster.

2. Shenmen Acupoint:

As the saying goes: "If you can't sleep at night, press the Shenmen acupoint", the acupuncture points here belong to the Heart Sutra, and the heart hides the spirit, so it can treat mental diseases, such as insomnia, dreams, forgetfulness, palpitations, etc.

White-collar workers, who often stay up all night, lack of sleep and are mentally tired, for them, often pressing the Shenmen acupoint can refresh their minds and help improve their mental condition.

Acupoint: This acupoint is on the palmar side of the wrist joint, in the radial depression of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon.

Self-massage: Press the acupuncture points with the tips of the middle finger, each morning and evening, rub the left and right for 1~3 minutes, first left and then right.

3. Three Yin Jiao:

The Sanyin Jiao acupoint is the acupuncture point of the Taiyin and Spleen meridians of the foot, located 3 inches above the high point of the inner malleolus of the foot (the width of your own hand horizontally, about 4 fingers horizontally), when the posterior edge of the medial tibia. This acupoint is the intersection point of the three yin meridians (liver, spleen, kidney), so it can regulate the meridian qi of the liver, spleen and kidney, and achieve the effect of strengthening the spleen, benefiting the kidney, and nourishing the liver.

Self-massage: Bend your thumb and press the posterior edge of your tibia vertically with your fingertips, there will be a strong soreness. Press once a day in the morning and evening, and knead for 1~3 minutes each time.

4. Traditional Chinese medicine conditioning:

Insomnia has a long course and is difficult to heal, and self-treatment is only suitable for mild patients, and if the symptoms are more severe, it needs to be treated with medication. Western medicine contains hormones and has greater side effects, so it is not recommended for patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history, is safe and harmless, and is simple to use. Patients can use pure Chinese medicine preparations of the prescription jujube kernel plant tea, which has a good effect on insomnia symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep, poor sleep quality, and dreaming and waking up easily.
