The feet are the second heart of our human body, and the five internal organs of the human body have corresponding projections on the feet, connecting the twelve meridians of the human internal organs.
If you don't have good feet, you won't be healthy, so it is very important to take care of your feet.
Today I will share with you a set of toe exercises, using certain methods to move the toes, so as to improve our own condition.
There are a total of four movements in this set of toe exercises.
The first action, the key to this action is "grasping".
Lift your feet up, heels to the ground, hold all your toes tightly, clasp them tightly, open them after five seconds, relax, then put them back on the ground, and then lift your feet and repeat the same action.
Some problems can be seen through this action, some people can clasp their toes tightly, some people can't do it, generally don't sleep well, people with insufficient cerebral blood supply and mental pressure usually can't do this action well.
The second action, the key to this action, is "exhibition".
The same is to raise the forefoot, spread both feet and ten toes as far as possible, all the toes can not be next to each other, hold for five seconds, relax, and then put it back on the ground, and then lift the foot to repeat the action just now.
The more open the toes, the smoother the meridians. If there is something that cannot be opened, it means that the meridians are not smooth.
The third action, the key to this action is "warping".
The big toe is upturned and opened upwards, and the other four toes are tightly clasped and unmoving, looking like a heart shape from the side. Hold for the same five seconds, then relax, and repeat the same movement.
This action can reflect the situation of the waist, and if there is a problem with the waist, this action will not be done well.
The last action is to "push the instep".
Lift one foot and use your heel to push the instep of the other foot, focusing on the position between the two toes, and then push the other foot after pushing with one foot, or push the instep with your hand.
