Insomnia, dreaminess, waking up? Don't worry, rub these two acupuncture points, fall asleep easily, and sleep until dawn

People spend about one-third of their life sleeping, and good sleep is the greatest guarantee for our physical and mental health. Recently, I have received feedback from many friends that I haven't had a good night's sleep for a long time, and I am still tossing and turning in bed at two or three o'clock in the evening, and I can't sleep the more I turn over.

Insomnia is a very painful thing, if a person can not enter a deep sleep, not only the energy during the day is not good, memory will be reduced, more importantly, long-term insomnia will also cause a lot of damage to our physical and mental health.

Day and night are black and white upside down, so that our body organs are in a state of disorder for a long time, and some endocrine, blood sugar, and blood lipid problems will occur, such as obesity, anxiety, hair loss, depression, high blood pressure, etc.

How can you tell if you have occasional insomnia or chronic insomnia?

1. Difficulty falling asleep

From the time we lie down in bed to get ready to sleep to fall asleep, under normal circumstances, it takes one or twenty minutes for middle-aged and elderly people to fall asleep, and if you lie in bed for more than half an hour and can't fall asleep, this is difficulty falling asleep.

2. Sleep relatively lightly and wake up easily

Sleep is relatively light, you can't have a little movement when you fall asleep, but you can't sleep when there is a little noise, you can wake up several times a night, and you always dream, one dream after another, and you feel weak when you wake up, and the more you sleep, the more tired you are.

3. It's hard to fall asleep after waking up

Many people with insomnia will wake up at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning and never fall asleep again, which should be the time when people are in deep sleep. If you wake up frequently at this point, it means that your sleep quality is also not good.

Traditional Chinese medicine says that "the day is not fine, the night is not sleepless", that is, the body is weak during the day, the spirit is listless, and the night lies in bed and cannot sleep, in this case, it can basically be diagnosed as chronic insomnia if it lasts for a month.

Below Su Mu will introduce you to two acupuncture points, before going to bed, press and rub, so that you can have a good sleep.

First of all, before massaging the acupuncture points, soak your feet in warm water, the temperature is not too high, just feel comfortable, and soak for about 15 minutes. Soaking your feet in warm water can promote blood circulation, and after the blood vessels in your feet dilate, the blood will go down, reducing brain congestion, thereby eliminating fatigue and making it easier to fall asleep. After soaking your feet, you can start kneading the acupuncture points.

The first acupuncture point is the Yongquan acupoint

Yongquan acupoint is the well point of the foot less yin and kidney meridians, it is the acupoint that penetrates the heavens and the earth, at the bottom of the foot, the five fingers of the foot are hooked back hard, and the bottom of the foot will show a depression, which is this acupoint.

Press the fingertips of your thumb on the Yongquan acupoint, apply a certain amount of strength, feel the soreness, numbness and pain at the acupoint, and then rotate and knead clockwise, about 100 times, and both feet should be kneaded.

There is also an acupuncture point that is the Sishen Cong acupoint

The four Shencong acupoints are on the Du Mai, and they are adjacent to the bladder meridian, which is a strange acupoint outside the meridian. On the top of our heads, the Baihui acupoints are 1 inch in the front, back, left and right. It has the effect of relieving headaches, insomnia, and neurasthenia, and for people who often wake up while sleeping, massaging it has a good effect.

You can use four fingers to hold down these four acupuncture points, gently pinch and lift, do not use excessive force, pinch about 200 times.

Speaking of insomnia, what is a good night's sleep?

We often hear people say that an adult sleeps at least eight hours a day, but we can't determine the quality of sleep by the time we sleep.

If we get eight hours of sleep at night, but wake up the next morning, yawning, depleted, and uncomfortable, can we still say that we slept well at night?

So whether we sleep for eight hours or seven hours at night, as long as we wake up the next day, full of energy, comfortable and energetic for everything, that's a good night's sleep.
