"Pink eye", also known as "acute conjunctivitis", is mostly caused by bacteria or viruses, this disease is highly contagious, often in the family and collective units of the outbreak of epidemics, mostly occurs in spring and summer.

Common symptoms are conjunctival hyperemia, redness of the eyes, swelling of the eyelids, tearing and fear of light, and fear of opening the eyes.

1. Open the gate of heaven 5-10 times

Acupuncture points: the midpoint of the two eyebrows to the anterior hairline.

Method: Push the two thumbs alternately from the middle of the two eyebrows to the front hairline, which is called opening the gate of heaven.

2. Push the palace 5-10 times

Acupuncture points: Kangong acupoints are located in a horizontal line from the eyebrows to the tips of the eyebrows.

Method: Use two large fingers to separate the two sides from the center of the child's eyebrows. That is, the two thumbs are pushed from the center of the eyebrows to the tips of the eyebrows, which is called pushing the Kan Palace.

3. Squeeze the temples 2-3 times

Acupuncture points: There is a depression at the intersection of the corner of the eye and the corner of the eyebrow one finger width back, which is the temple.

Method: Use the thumb and index finger of both hands to face one temple, and pinch and squeeze with all four fingers at the same time. Then do the same with the other temple.

4. Squeeze Qingming for 1-2 minutes

Acupuncture point: located between the inner edge of the orbit and the inside of the eyelid, that is, the depression slightly above the inner corner of the eye. When taking the acupoint, close your eyes and pinch the depressions on both sides of the top of the bridge of the nose with your thumb and forefinger.

Method: Use the middle fingers of both hands to focus on the child's acupuncture point.

5. Take the wind pool 5-10 times

Acupuncture points: The pool is located on both sides of the large tendons at the back of the neck parallel to the earlobes.

Method: Use the thumb and index finger of one hand to hold the child's wind pool relatively hard.

6. Rub too much

Acupuncture point: Located in the depression between the junction of the first and second metatarsals, when taking the acupoint, put the finger between the big toe and the second toe of the foot, and then push up to the dorsum of the foot until the intersection of the two toes (about two horizontal finger widths between the toe seams), and the pressure can feel the artery.
