Dingchuan is a strange acupoint outside the meridians, which has the effect of relieving cough and asthma. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "the lungs are a canopy", which is easily attacked by wind and cold and external evils, which makes the lung qi unfavorable and causes cough and asthma. Breathing next to the big vertebral acupoint, nourished by the Yang Qi of the Supervised Pulse. Stimulation of this acupoint can warm the yang and relieve the surface, promote the lungs and relieve cough, and is suitable for the prevention and treatment of cough and asthma in winter.


Acupoint method: sit and take the acupoint, and open 0.5 inches next to the large vertebral point (that is, under the spinous process of the seventh cervical vertebra, 0.5 inches next to it).


Massage method: You can use about 0.3 mm thick ginger slices to place on the Dingchuan acupoint, press and knead the ginger, and take the slight heat of the skin as the degree, 1-2 times a day. Take care to avoid damaging the skin by rubbing it vigorously.
