Traditional Chinese medicine says: If the stomach is not good, it is difficult to live a long life, "ten stomachs and nine diseases". The stomach is very fragile as an important digestive organ of the human body, and whether nutrients can be absorbed is closely related to its health status.
We know that the nerve endings of each organ and part have a fixed position in the hands, feet, ears, back and other parts - the reflex area, which echoes each other, complements yin and yang, and the five elements are smooth.
Today, I will mainly share with you a situation that improves stomach coldness, stomach distension, and indigestion by stimulating the reflex area of the stomach on the hand.
The stomach is in the reflex zone of the hand, on both sides of the palm, on the medial side of the thenar scale, and the thumb root is striated down the horizontal finger.
To stimulate the gastric reflex area, you can use the form of pushing, using the fingertips of the right thumb to stimulate this reflex area, and apply appropriate force to stimulate this reflex area, alternating between the left and right hands, and pushing each hand for two to three minutes.
The color of the normal palm should be pink, if the reflex area of the stomach is light white, it means that the gastrointestinal function is relatively poor, and there will be symptoms such as loss of appetite, constipation or diarrhea;
If it is not white, but there are small white spots, it may indicate that the digestive system has inflammation;
If there are red spots in this reflex area, it means that there is heat in the stomach, and people with a hot stomach especially like to eat raw and cold food and drink cold drinks;
If you see a brown spot in this reflex area, you should pay special attention to it, indicating that there may be a more serious condition in the stomach, and there may be a gastric ulcer.
For the maintenance of the stomach, we must have a correct attitude, and do not relax the gastrointestinal maintenance because there is no obvious stomach discomfort for the time being.
